By using the services offered through the Protocol, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Certain features of the Protocol may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Protocol in connection with such features. By accessing and using the Protocol, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines that may be applicable.
To use the Protocol, you must be of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form legally binding contracts.
By using the Protocol, you acknowledge and accept the various risks associated with cryptocurrency and DeFi platforms, including but not limited to, the volatility of cryptocurrency prices, smart contract vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and the potential for loss of funds.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, tax laws, securities regulations, and anti-money laundering laws.
You agree not to use the Protocol for any unlawful purposes, or in a way that is prohibited by these Terms or could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Protocol or interfere with any other party's use of the Protocol.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Protocol for any reason, including as a result of a violation of these Terms.
The Protocol is provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Protocol including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of using the Protocol, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Protocol.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Protocol, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
